RETURNS POLICY - 60-Day Better Hair Promise

We design concentrated care to work hard and earn its place in your routine. This promise is simply our way of standing behind that belief.

If you’re new to our products, we offer a 60-day Better Hair Promise. Use your shampoo and conditioner consistently for up to 60 days. If you don’t love the results, or you’re not happy with how your hair or scalp feels, you can request a full refund.

To qualify for a refund under this promise:

  • The request must be made within 60 days of delivery
  • The product must have been purchased directly from kind2.me
  • This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only
  • One refund per household

To start a return, email us at hello@kind2.me with your order number and a short note letting us know it wasn’t right for you. We will request a call with our team and may ask you to return the product.

Once approved, we’ll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 working days.

In some cases, returns will be at your own expense and the shipping cost is not refundable. You must ensure that the products are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

This policy does not affect your legal rights.
